As part of an ongoing “Seismology@School program” we will promote a training course for students, young researchers and high-school teachers
We plan to provide a short course for students, young researchers and high-school teachers within the scope of IAGA
We plan to invite some renowned scientists in Earth Sciences to give a couple of public talks on subjects that can be easily publicized in the media: the decrease of the Earth’s dipole moment weather space hazard for IAGA, and the seismic risk in Portugal (earthquakes of 1969, 1755, 1531,…) for IASPEI
